Description

You will help deliver and maintain an enterprise HR and payroll (PaM) information system (KARAT). Your work includes analyzing customer needs, designing and testing solutions in the customer environment, and providing consulting and training. You will also monitor legislative changes in payroll/HR processing and propose how to incorporate them into the system.

Responsibilities

• Prepare analyses of customer requirements in the HR & payroll area (PaM)
• Propose solutions in the customer’s system and conduct subsequent testing
• Provide consulting, advice, and training to customers
• Propose optimization of processes in HR & payroll (PaM)
• Monitor legislative changes in the field and propose how to implement them
• Conduct regular trainings

Requirements

• Analytical and logical thinking
• Understanding of corporate HR & payroll processes
• Knowledge of legislation for payroll processing
• Positive communication and presentation skills
• Reliability and ability to work both independently and in a team
• Willingness to learn new things
• Customer-focused approach
• Active driver (Class B license)
• General economic knowledge is an advantage
