Description

You will participate in the implementation and administration of the KARAT enterprise information system in manufacturing companies. The work includes requirements analysis, solution design and testing, and providing consulting, advice, and training to customers. You will also help design optimizations of production processes and deliver regular trainings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer requirements analysis

• Propose a solution in the customer’s system and perform subsequent testing

• Provide customer consulting, advice, and training

• Propose optimization of manufacturing processes

• Deliver regular trainings

• Work closely with a coach and exchange feedback within the team

Requirements

• Analytical and logical thinking

• Presentation skills

• Orientation in manufacturing processes (basic business processes of a manufacturing company)

• Positive communication

• Reliability and ability to work both independently and in a team
