Description

You will support the implementation and ongoing administration of the KARAT enterprise information system. The role includes analyzing customer requirements, proposing and testing solutions in the customer’s environment, and delivering consulting, advice, and training. You will also help optimize processes and incorporate legislative changes related to warehouse management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare analysis of customer requirements
• Design solutions in the customer system and perform subsequent testing
• Provide consultations, guidance, and training for customers
• Propose process optimization
• Monitor legislative changes in warehouse management and integrate them into the IS
• Deliver regular trainings and share feedback within the team
• Work closely with a coach with regular feedback exchange
