Description

You will manage and administer assigned grant projects for the development of information systems, working closely with the project team and the project office. The role includes ensuring project implementation complies with the relevant program call rules and internal regulations, maintaining project evidence and documentation, and keeping the schedule up to date. You will also handle financial planning for payment requests and implementation reports, conduct reporting, identify risks, and prepare materials for controls and audits.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer assigned projects with the project team and project office

• Ensure delivery according to the rules of the relevant operational program/call and internal policies (IROP, NPO, OPZ+)

• Maintain and control project records, store project documentation, and update the project timeline

• Perform financial planning and prepare inputs for payment requests and implementation reports

• Produce project reporting for completed projects

• Prepare inputs for inspections and audits

• Continuously identify project risks and propose ways to eliminate or minimize them with the project leader

Requirements

• Practical experience in managing and administering grant projects (IROP, NPO, OPZ/OPZ+ or other operational programs)

• Independence, reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork skills

• Organizational skills and ability to understand the project in the context of the whole organization

• Secondary or university education (university degree preferred)
