Description

You will be the first point of contact for everyday IT requests for colleagues in Prague and Lithuania, handling tickets in Jira mainly around hardware, software, printing, mobile devices, and user accounts/access credentials. You’ll also support employee onboarding/offboarding, maintain records for hardware and licences/subscriptions, and manage users and permissions in Active Directory and other internal systems. Over time, you will move toward L2 work including workstation updates and security, endpoint monitoring with Wazuh agents, and management of assigned applications (including vendor communication) alongside knowledge-base documentation.

Responsibilities

  • L1 support for common IT requests (hardware, software, printing, mobile devices, accounts, access/passwords) via Jira
  • Onboarding/offboarding: prepare PCs, accounts, access, and assigned equipment
  • Maintain inventory for hardware, stock, licenses, and subscriptions
  • Manage users and permissions in Active Directory and other internal systems
  • Support tools such as Bitwarden and printing services and smaller applications
  • Control workstation updates and endpoint security
  • Work with Wazuh agents and triage security alerts
  • Administer assigned applications, including communication with vendors
  • Create and maintain documentation and keep the knowledge base organized

Requirements

  • Technical foundation (technical secondary school or first IT experience) and willingness to learn
  • Orientation to Windows
  • Basic knowledge of Linux
  • Active Directory fundamentals: users, groups, permissions
  • Basic understanding of DHCP, DNS, and VPN
  • Ability to systematically record equipment, licenses, and access
  • Czech/Slovak at native-speaker level
  • English sufficient for documentation and basic communication
  • Regular physical presence in the Prague office
