• Role: Junior IT Service Desk Specialist (first-line IT support)

Description

You will provide first-line IT support for office and field users, including receiving, resolving, and monitoring tickets in Jira. You’ll prepare new workstations (laptop, mobile phone), diagnose and fix hardware and system issues, and maintain and verify IT documentation and procedures. You will also perform basic IT admin tasks such as configuring users and resetting/locking passwords in directory services (Active Directory).

Responsibilities

• First-line IT support for head office and field employees
• Receive, resolve, and monitor incidents/requests in Jira
• Set up new workstations (laptop, mobile phone)
• Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and Mac OS systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and system failures
• Prepare and verify IT documentation and procedures
• Perform basic IT administration (configuration, user locking, password resets in Active Directory)
