Description

You will drive sales for tailored IT projects covering custom software development and AI solutions. The role includes prospecting for new opportunities, building a portfolio of clients, advising customers on solutions that match their needs, and holding in-person and online meetings. You will work closely with the technical team and leadership to align commercial and delivery priorities.

Responsibilities

• Sell custom software development, AI solutions, and related products

• Identify new business opportunities and build and maintain a client portfolio

• Provide consultative advice on tailored software solutions

• Conduct personal and online meetings with customers

• Manage client communication primarily for industries such as manufacturing, industrial, and logistics

• Collaborate closely with the technical team and leadership

• Work primarily remote, with the option to use an office when needed

Requirements

• Experience in selling or willingness to actively approach new customers

• Interest in technology and motivation to keep learning in the IT space

• Communicative, independent personality

• Czech language proficiency at an excellent level

• Driver’s license class B
