Description

Build and take ownership of an AI service that connects to a customer’s environment, collects data, compares it to “correct” configuration, reaches a conclusion, and explains the basis for that conclusion. You’ll design the overall architecture (including agent orchestration and context), implement code, and set up measurable evaluations using real case scenarios. You’ll also support deployments, investigate failures, and communicate internally and externally so teams and customers can trust and buy the solution.

Responsibilities

• Co-design the end-to-end architecture of the AI service (agent orchestration, context retrieval, what to build vs buy)
• Write production code for the service
• Create an evaluation suite using real customer cases to prove each new version is better
• Own product-level decisions from the start (UX/UI approach, additional tools, test strategy, and path to a sellable offering)
• Collaborate with customers: observe teams, translate work into what can be automated, attend initial rollouts, and collect feedback from failures
• Present and explain the solution inside the company and to customers (why it works and why it can be trusted)

Requirements

• Real, recent hands-on work with AI tooling such as Claude Code or Codex; not just research or no-code assembly
• Ability to understand B2B customer needs and distinguish what customers say from what they actually require
• Experience delivering multi-component systems into operation, including integrations, state handling, error protection, and operational responsibility
• Ability to challenge design decisions early with clear reasoning
• Comfort with uncertainty and rapidly changing domains; ability to learn quickly when information is incomplete
• Czech for customer meetings and English for technical documentation

Compensation

130,000–180,000 CZK gross per month for full-time (higher end for covering both sides: building and understanding customers).
