Description

You will combine sales support with company assistant responsibilities in a technology-focused environment. You will independently move customer opportunities forward using AI agents and modern tools—so much of the routine work is not done manually. You’ll also support organization, communication, meetings, and document coordination.

Responsibilities

• Search for potential customers and contacts

• Perform company research and prepare outreach approaches

• Communicate with customers via email and phone

• Conduct follow-ups and track ongoing opportunities

• Prepare proposals and supporting materials

• Handle simpler sales end-to-end remotely (when applicable)

• For larger opportunities, prepare required materials and coordinate a qualified meeting with the Sales Manager

• Use AI agents for research, communication prep, CRM support, follow-ups, customer analysis, and administrative tasks

• Act as a company assistant: organizing work, communication, scheduling, and documents

Requirements

• Very strong communication skills

• Comfortable with phone outreach and contacting new people

• Independent and reliable; takes ownership of tasks and completes them

• Good organization skills to manage work effectively

• Curious mindset and ability to learn quickly

• Willingness to actively use AI tools in daily work

• English proficiency for standard business communication
