Description

You’ll partner with Product and Engineering to understand user problems, define design opportunities, and deliver well-crafted solutions across FolioGuard workflows. You’ll conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation, and run growth experiments (A/B and multivariate tests) to optimize key user flows. You’ll also use AI-powered tools to accelerate research synthesis, prototyping, and delivery, while contributing to a shared design system.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product and Engineering to define design opportunities and deliver solutions across UX workflows

  • Facilitate user research, usability testing, and design validation

  • Design and iterate on growth experiments, including A/B and multivariate tests

  • Use AI-powered tools to accelerate research synthesis, prototyping, and delivery

  • Communicate design rationale to drive shared understanding across disciplines

  • Apply and contribute to the design system for UI consistency and component evolution

  • Adapt to shifting priorities and bring clarity to ambiguous problem spaces

Requirements

  • Strong user-centered product sense and curiosity for improving complex, multi-sided experiences

  • Demonstrated growth design experience: funnel analysis, A/B testing, experiment design, and data-informed decisions

  • Proficiency with AI-powered design tools; willingness to go beyond basic use

  • Ability to translate design rationale into clear, outcome-oriented communication for non-design stakeholders

  • Familiarity with Agile and Lean UX methodologies

  • Portfolio showing design process, problem-solving approach, and experience designing software product experiences

  • Comfort in a fast-moving, data-driven, collaborative environment

Benefits

  • Base pay range: $104,000–$130,000 (actual compensation based on skills, education, and experience)
