Description

You will lead end-to-end UX workflows for complex, platform-wide journeys, ensuring seamless and intuitive UI that meets both user and business needs. You will drive excellence in the design system and leverage GenAI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Vercel) to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and workflow automation. You will champion user-centered design and deliver pixel-perfect, development-ready assets while collaborating with product, engineering, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own complex, platform-wide user journeys and ensure seamless UI/UX
• Set and evolve design system standards for consistency and efficiency
• Use GenAI tools to accelerate design workflows and improve innovation
• Apply user research (personas, journey mapping, usability testing) to inform decisions
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and executives to align vision and execution
• Establish and evangelize best practices in UX/UI and accessibility; mentor the design team
• Produce development-ready wireframes, flows, final visuals, and pixel-perfect assets
• Identify and pursue high-impact design initiatives for product innovation

Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience (UI/UX), preferably for enterprise-grade SaaS
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proficiency in Figma and modern design/prototyping tools
• Hands-on GenAI tool expertise (Claude, ChatGPT)
• Proven experience building and maintaining design systems and standards
• Portfolio demonstrating recent product launches focused on UX workflows, user journeys, and design systems
• Advanced user research skills (personas, journey mapping, usability testing)
• Ability to present, justify, and advocate for design decisions to stakeholders
• Independent ownership and leadership mindset
• Collaborative experience working with engineering and product teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving SaaS environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field

• Base salary range: $143,000–$167,000 USD; performance-based bonus may be available
