Description

The Business and Quality Analyst connects business requirements with scalable system solutions and supports high-quality software delivery. You will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to define requirements, improve processes, and strengthen testing and automation. The role emphasizes continuous improvement to deliver reliable, customer-focused technology outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business, functional, and system requirements

• Manage the full lifecycle of business requirements (initiation, development, review, and sign-off)

• Collaborate with development, architecture, and infrastructure teams to align solutions with business objectives and technology strategies

• Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder reviews, and formal sign-off processes

• Communicate project issues, risks, and concerns clearly and timely

• Ensure compliance with corporate information security, privacy, regulatory, and quality standards

• Develop test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test data to validate business and technical requirements

• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts for API, UI, regression, and end-to-end testing

• Track, document, and report testing results, defects, risks, and quality metrics

• Continuously improve test coverage, automation effectiveness, and QA processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field

• Experience in QA processes, methodologies, planning, and testing (4+ years preferred)

• Experience testing web applications

• Hands-on experience designing and maintaining test automation frameworks

• Experience with API testing and UI automation tools

• Ability to develop test plans and test cases and manage requirement documentation through sign-off

• SQL experience and database validation testing (select and join) preferred

• Experience testing cloud and/or mobile applications

• Strong analytical, facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Benefits

Base compensation range: $76,000–$95,000. Final compensation may vary based on experience, education (including licensure and certifications), qualifications, performance, and geographic location.
