Description

Join a team delivering and improving solutions for the corporate banking and financial sector. You will conduct business and systems analysis for product and process development and evolution (especially frontend), while managing requirements quality and traceability. You will participate across the full software lifecycle and work closely with business stakeholders to refine the final product.

Responsibilities

• Perform business and systems analyses for building, maintaining, and developing products and processes
• Manage the quality of requirements and documentation, ensuring traceability and effective change management
• Work through the full software development lifecycle: business assumptions, testing, and deployment
• Collaborate with business teams to refine the final shape of the product

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Practical knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and GitLab
• Ability to create User Stories and define acceptance criteria
• Experience preparing business and systems documentation
• Ability to model business processes and apply visual modeling techniques
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional and non-functional requirements
• Experience working with digital applications, systems, or processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Very good communication skills and proactive approach to collaboration
• Relevant university degree
• Communicative English and Polish (spoken and written)
