Description

You will work as a Senior Business Analyst and act as a connector between business and IT. The role involves analyzing business needs, modeling processes and IT functionalities, defining and documenting requirements, and running analytical workshops with stakeholders. You will also support delivery, collaborate across the team, and help ensure quality and stability by analyzing incidents and user-reported issues.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and identify areas where processes can be improved

• Model business processes and IT system functionalities

• Define, decompose, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements

• Lead analytical workshops and co-create solutions with business stakeholders

• Create concepts for changes and support estimation

• Collaborate with developers, testers, and architects across all stages of delivery

• Support solution quality and stability through incident, error, and user-issue analysis

• Work with the Product Owner on the product backlog, create user stories, and participate in sprint planning

• Maintain high-quality and up-to-date project and analytical documentation
