Description

You will gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements with support from more experienced team members. The role involves translating requirements into user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation while collaborating with the Product Owner, analysts, developers, architects, and QA. You will also model business processes (e.g., BPMN) and use AI tools to support day-to-day analytical work.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and document business and system requirements with team support

  • Convert business requirements into user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation

  • Co-create and update analytical documentation, including process diagrams, functional descriptions, and data models

  • Participate in analysis workshops, requirements sessions, refinement, and project meetings

  • Work with the Product Owner, analysts, developers, architects, and QA

  • Verify requirements completeness and consistency across project stages

  • Support QA by helping prepare test cases and acceptance criteria

  • Analyze current business processes and help describe target processes

  • Use AI tools to organize documentation, analyze requirements, and prepare summaries

  • Gradually build knowledge in insurance and finance and apply it in IT projects

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Business-Systems Analyst (or similar) in IT projects

  • Ability to create or co-create analytical documentation (user stories, use cases, requirements descriptions, acceptance criteria)

  • Knowledge of BPMN (or other process modeling methods)

  • Logical thinking, strong questioning, and ability to structure information from business stakeholders

  • Experience collaborating with IT teams (developers, testers, Product Owner, Project Manager)

  • Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum or Kanban

  • Knowledge of insurance processes and familiarity with the insurance industry

  • Basic SQL knowledge or willingness to develop SQL skills

  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro (or similar tools)

  • Ability to read technical documentation at a basic level

  • Openness to using AI tools in everyday analytical work

  • Strong organization, accountability, communication, proactivity, accuracy, and comfort in a dynamic environment
