• Role: Windows Systems Administrator

Description

Manage and evolve Windows server infrastructure (Windows Server 2016–2025) to ensure stable and secure operations. Your work includes Active Directory administration, Group Policy (GPO), Windows Failover Clustering, PKI/Certificate Services, patch management with WSUS and SCCM/Intune, monitoring and incident handling, and automation with PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Administer and develop Windows Server infrastructure (Windows Server 2016–2025)

• Manage Active Directory (domain controllers, replication, trust relationships)

• Configure and maintain Group Policy (from baseline settings to security policies)

• Operate Windows Failover Clustering (e.g., SQL or file server clusters)

• Manage PKI/Certificate Services

• Perform patch management and update planning (WSUS, SCCM/Intune)

• Monitor the environment and resolve operational incidents

• Automate routine tasks with PowerShell

• Cooperate with infrastructure and security teams

• Create and update technical documentation

Requirements

• Experience with Windows Server administration in a production environment

• Solid understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy

• Experience with PowerShell and comfort with automation

• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP basics

• Systematic approach and ability to solve technical problems

• Ability to read technical documentation in English
