Description

You will operate and administer the company’s Microsoft Windows Server and client landscape, ensuring security and availability. The position includes troubleshooting support, designing and expanding Windows infrastructure, and maintaining audit-ready documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate and design internal Microsoft server and client systems while ensuring security and availability
• Administer, maintain, document, and monitor Windows Server and client systems
• Manage Active Directory, Hyper-V virtualized host systems, and failover clusters
• Design, build, and support Windows infrastructures and document environments for audits
• Develop and further improve the Windows infrastructure
• Support employees with problems and troubleshooting

Requirements

• Several years of experience with Microsoft Windows Server and client systems
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 cloud services and Azure directory services
• Active Directory expertise
• Experience operating these systems
• Deep knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem
• Willingness to continue learning
• Current certifications in relevant technologies are advantageous
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Natural Sciences, or IT apprenticeship (System Integration or Application Development)
• German and English at negotiation level (C2)
• Willingness to find solutions for issues even outside normal working hours
• Creative, structured, and results-oriented work style with high independence
• Strong communication and teamwork attitude
