Description

Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure to ensure reliable operation, security, and ongoing development. Handle server, network, hardware, and software administration; provide user support; monitor performance; and optimize systems for high availability. Administer enterprise systems (ERP/CRM/e-mail servers), implement network security (firewalls, antivirus, VPN), perform updates and backups, and maintain technical documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain IT infrastructure (servers, networks, hardware, software systems)

  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure availability and reliability

  • Configure and administer enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, e-mail servers)

  • Ensure network security (firewalls, antivirus, VPN access)

  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights per internal policies

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network problems

  • Run regular system updates, backups, and data integrity maintenance

  • Collaborate with other departments on new systems and upgrades

  • Create and maintain technical documentation (network diagrams, configurations, guides)

  • Follow company IT policies, cybersecurity rules, and legislative requirements

  • Identify and implement new IT solutions to improve efficiency and security

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT administration, network administration, or a similar position

  • Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems

  • Understanding of virtualization technologies and network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

  • Experience administering servers, databases, or cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure)

  • Awareness of cybersecurity basics, firewalls, VPN, and antivirus solutions

  • Familiarity with enterprise systems (ERP/CRM)

  • Ability to troubleshoot and provide user support

  • Communication skills for explaining technical topics to non-technical colleagues

  • Attention to detail, independence, and teamwork
