Description

Design, administer, and evolve on-premise Microsoft systems to ensure reliable, stable, high-quality IT services. Perform advanced administration including monitoring, backups, and maintenance across Windows Server and related services. Automate and improve operations using PowerShell/cmd and handle advanced incidents with internal and vendor teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, manage, and develop on-premise Microsoft infrastructure in a hospital
• Provide advanced system administration: monitoring, backup, and maintenance (Windows Server, Hyper-V, Veeam, Lansweeper)
• Ensure availability and stability/quality of services (HA, clustering, GPO, Active Directory, CA, file services)
• Create and maintain scripts (PowerShell, cmd) to automate and streamline processes
• Propose improvements and innovations, including deploying new services
• Resolve advanced incidents and collaborate with suppliers and internal helpdesk
• Support end users and share knowledge within the team
• Contribute to technical specifications for tender documentation

Requirements

• SŠ/VŠ education
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a systems administrator position with verifiable results
• Senior-level knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server administration
• Experience with Hyper-V virtualization (advanced configuration, high availability, clustering)
• Practical experience with administration and configuration of storage
• Advanced knowledge of GPO, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, CA, file services (FS), and other key Windows services
• Practical scripting experience in PowerShell and cmd
• Orientation in MS SQL Server
• Passive English knowledge for reading technical documentation
• Ability to solve complex problems, independence, and proactive approach
• Willingness to keep learning and respond to changes
