Description

Provide IT support to users for Windows client computers and mobile phones (Samsung/iPhone), including remote assistance for company applications. You will coordinate with the IT Help Desk and central IT teams, monitor internal application operations, and work with international teams to resolve incidents and requests in English.

• End-user support for Windows PCs and mobile devices
• Collaborate with IT Help Desk and central IT teams
• Provide remote assistance for company applications
• Monitor and ensure company application availability and proper functioning
• Communicate with international teams regarding incidents and requests

Requirements

• Technical secondary or university education (or suitable for university students)
• English communication (spoken and written)
• Familiarity with domain, Office 365, and SharePoint
• Orientation in the Windows environment
• Flexibility, independence, and willingness to learn
• Proactive approach and effective communication with users and international colleagues
