Description

You will shape impactful and scalable Salesforce solutions by translating complex business needs into effective designs on the Salesforce platform. In a fast-paced, global environment, you’ll influence product direction, solution quality, and customer experience while collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of end-to-end solution design aligned with business needs and strategic objectives
• Collaborate with product stakeholders to define scope, develop plans, and create roadmaps
• Develop business cases and conduct feasibility assessments for new initiatives
• Facilitate requirement workshops with global and regional teams
• Ensure detailed designs align with architectural standards and maintain traceability to requirements
• Focus on user experience and Salesforce out-of-the-box capabilities
• Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements
• Provide input into decision-making with business stakeholders
• Document solutions for clarity and quality in agile environments
• Plan and coordinate deployments with project and operations teams
• Support solution readiness and stability during environment transitions

Requirements

• Strong functional expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Health Cloud; solid platform knowledge
• Background in business or technology or equivalent practical experience
• English fluency (written and spoken)
• Extensive experience in solution design or business analysis (or similar)
• Experience in healthcare solution design
• Experience in complex global, multi-team environments
• Knowledge of Patient Services and pharmacovigilance processes
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in matrix and multicultural organizations
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines
• Results-oriented, proactive mindset
