Description

You will deliver comprehensive high-level architectural designs to support enterprise transformation. The role requires deep knowledge of integration options, out-of-the-box capabilities, licensing frameworks, Salesforce Data Cloud, and AI features including Agentforce and Einstein/AI assistants. You will collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure solutions meet strategic and operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create high-level architectural solutions leveraging Salesforce native features, integration capabilities, and new technologies
• Advise on optimal integration approaches for different business scenarios
• Support licensing guidance within Salesforce frameworks
• Design and deliver Data Cloud capabilities (ingestion, harmonization, unification, activation)
• Contribute to Agentforce and Einstein AI feature implementations (Agentforce, Einstein Copilot/Prompt Builder)

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant Salesforce experience
• Demonstrated solution architecture experience
• Deep understanding of integration options
• Strong command of out-of-the-box features and Salesforce licensing frameworks
• Expertise in Data Cloud: ingestion, harmonization, unification, activation
• Hands-on or deep conceptual knowledge of Agentforce
• Hands-on or deep conceptual knowledge of Einstein Copilot/Prompt Builder and latest AI features
• Ability to deliver high-level architectural solutions leveraging native features and integrations
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and business stakeholders
• English skills sufficient to lead technical and architectural discussions
