Description

Manage technology projects from planning and execution through successful closure. Drive project governance, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination to ensure compliance with internal policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements. Monitor delivery progress, report clearly to stakeholders, and manage organizational and technological changes according to established processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage technology projects end-to-end, from planning through execution to closure

• Develop and oversee project schedules, delivery plans, and dependencies

• Manage project budgets, resources, and priorities

• Identify, monitor, and proactively escalate project risks

• Coordinate collaboration between business and technology stakeholders

• Facilitate governance activities and approval processes

• Ensure compliance with internal policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements

• Monitor delivery progress and prepare stakeholder reports

• Manage organizational and technological changes aligned with established processes

• Promote a strong delivery culture and ensure predictable project execution

Requirements

• Extensive experience independently managing large and complex IT or technology projects

• Proven track record delivering projects throughout the full lifecycle

• Strong knowledge of project governance, planning, and risk management

• Experience managing stakeholders at different organizational levels

• Practical experience managing project budgets and resources

• Ability to identify issues and proactively escalate risks

• Proficiency in project management tools

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong presentation skills

• Ability to analyze complex information and present clear conclusions and recommendations

• Very good command of English for effective international work
