Description

You will manage the company’s project portfolio and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the quality promised to clients. The role includes capacity planning and prioritization, client management, requirements breakdown with estimation support for development teams, and client project delivery from kickoff through acceptance. You will also guide internal product development from prototype to release.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project portfolio (client engagements, system maintenance and growth, support, and internal product development)

• Plan resources according to priorities and coordinate development team capacity

• Ensure delivery on time and within budget by owning scope, dates, and time consumption; resolve risks and deviations early

• Serve as the main contact for key clients; run regular meetings, clarify requirements, and track pre-paid hours usage

• Analyze requirements, prepare development assignments, and work with technical leadership on effort and timeline estimates

• Lead client projects end-to-end: kickoff, refine scope and acceptance criteria, manage execution, and hand over the delivered solution

• Drive internal feature development with product leadership from prototype to release

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing IT projects (ideally multiple projects at the same time)

• Ability to plan capacity, set priorities, and defer work when needed

• Strong client orientation and ability to propose fair, solution-based outcomes for both sides

• Understanding of software development; can write clear technical briefs for developers (coding not required)

• Clear, calm communication with clients, including demanding stakeholders

• Meticulous, independent, proactive approach to problem-solving

• Advantage: experience with real-estate or e-commerce software

• Advantage: active use of AI tools to automate processes and improve efficiency
