Description

You will lead several projects/programs in parallel, accountable for scope, timeline, cost, and quality. You will manage project teams and resources, coordinate with external providers and key stakeholders, monitor progress, and ensure effective communication across all parties. The work supports transformation initiatives connecting data, cloud, and business in a large international finance environment.

Responsibilities

• Run multiple business, regulatory, or IT projects/programs simultaneously (scope, time, cost, quality)
• Manage project teams, resources, budget, and implementation plans
• Coordinate external vendors and key stakeholders
• Identify, mitigate, and communicate project and program risks
• Track progress and ensure delivery of planned goals
• Collaborate with business and technical teams in planning and execution
• Ensure effective communication among all project participants

Requirements

• Experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager
• Documented end-to-end delivery experience on at least 3 large projects
• Experience in the financial and/or banking sector
• Current certification: PMI, PRINCE2, or Agile (required)
• Experience managing budget, risk, resources, and vendors
• Knowledge of scaling agile and hybrid frameworks
• Knowledge of MS Project, Jira, and MS Office
• Very good communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Very good English
