Description

Lead a long-term EU organization project, managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring milestones and deliveries are on time and within scope, and enabling business goals. Coordinate project board and stakeholder communications, maintain quality controls, and manage issues, scope changes, variances, and contingencies. Produce project management deliverables such as plans, logs, schedules, and technical reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage the project effectively across the complete lifecycle and scope

• Establish and run project controls to meet milestones and deliverables

• Assure and control quality of project deliverables

• Identify, track, monitor, and communicate issues and scope changes

• Liaise with the Project Board and key stakeholders

• Assign and control tasks, authorize work packages, and manage team priorities/workload

• Plan and control delivery processes for project products

• Manage internal and external project communication

• Produce project management products (plans, logs, schedules) and define responsibilities

• Prepare and present oral and written technical reports and presentations

• Organize and conduct project meetings
