Description

You will lead international business transformation and implementation projects, coordinating experts across business, IT, and operations. The role includes planning, managing risks and dependencies, and reporting progress to key stakeholders using KPI monitoring. You will also support initiatives related to Master Data Management (MDM) and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of transformation and implementation projects (from initiation to closure)

• Plan schedules, resources, budgets, and key milestones

• Manage project risks, dependencies, and project communication

• Coordinate activities between business, IT, and operations teams

• Monitor KPI metrics and report project progress to stakeholders

• Support implementation of Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives

• Ensure projects meet deadlines and deliver high-quality outcomes

• Build and maintain local and global stakeholder relationships

Requirements

• Experience leading transformation, implementation, or process optimization projects

• Very good English knowledge (minimum B2/C1)

• Very good MS Excel knowledge

• Developed collaboration and stakeholder relationship management skills

• Ability to plan, organize work, and manage priorities effectively

• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or related project methodologies
