Description

Lead the creation and execution of an IT strategy aligned with business needs. Own ERP development and integration/standardization projects across group companies, and supervise the IT environment, infrastructure, and security, including cybersecurity coordination. Manage and grow the IT team and drive digitalization initiatives with executive, business, and technology partners.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement IT strategy consistent with business requirements
• Lead integration and system standardization projects across the group’s companies
• Develop and optimize ERP and other business systems
• Oversee day-to-day IT environment operations, infrastructure, and security
• Coordinate cybersecurity activities
• Manage and develop a team of several IT professionals
• Initiate digitalization and technology projects
• Collaborate with the board, business stakeholders, and external technology partners

Requirements

• Experience managing IT in a manufacturing company
• Very good knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, IFS, Comarch ERP XL or similar)
• Experience with IT integration, implementation, or development
• English proficiency at least B2
• Broad understanding of the IT environment with a company-wide perspective
• Experience managing a team
• Ability to connect technical expertise with business needs
