Description

You will lead the internal IT department as IT services transition from an external supplier to a dedicated in-house team. The position is responsible for running stable, secure, and available company IT systems, setting priorities, delivering IT operations and projects, and managing the IT department budget. You will also drive IT strategy and partner with business units on digitalization and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT team: assign tasks, monitor delivery, and be accountable for department results

• Ensure stable, safe, and available operation of company IT systems

• Prepare and implement IT strategy, annual plans, and control the approved IT budget

• Manage IT projects, implementations, and the development of internal applications

• Collaborate with departments on digitization and process optimization

• Own server, network, and cloud infrastructure administration and development

• Select and manage external IT vendors, contracts, and SLAs

• Organize and improve end-user support; assess service quality and ensure training

Requirements

• Technical secondary or university education

• Proven experience managing an IT team, organizing work, and owning results

• Very good orientation in servers, networks, and virtualization

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and cloud services

• Experience with IT security, backups, and operational risks

• Experience managing IT projects, vendors, and budgets

• Ability to set priorities, make decisions, and efficiently manage team work

• Analytical mindset, accountability, and excellent communication
