Description

Lead corporate IT security governance by defining technical security standards, translating them into concrete measures, and ensuring implementation. Support the further development of the cyber security solution portfolio, including expansion of the Command SOC and the Cyber Emergency Response Team. Coordinate the decentralized cyber security organization, develop and run security assessments, design and deliver security training, and provide end-to-end IT security advisory and support.

Responsibilities

• Define Group security standards and ensure resulting measures are implemented

• Develop the cyber security solution portfolio and support expansion of the Command SOC and Cyber Emergency Response Team

• Coordinate the decentralized cyber security organization

• Develop and perform security assessments for Group units and partners

• Design and conduct security trainings

• Provide holistic advice and support for IT security

Requirements

• Degree in (Business) Informatics or comparable qualification

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT and information security

• Strong generalist IT knowledge across IT infrastructure, IT operations and/or software development

• Training/solid knowledge in multiple domains such as Ethical Hacking, Incident Response, Threat Modelling, Penetration Testing, Red Teaming, IT Forensics, SOC analysis, Cloud Security, DevSecOps

• Knowledge of security strategies including Zero Trust

• Experience with ISO 27001, PCI, NIST, MITRE, and CIS

• Initial experience in a corporate/group environment, ideally international

• Confident German and English language skills
