Description

Lead a small internal IT team and steer an external IT service provider to keep IT operations stable, secure, and high-performing. Act as the central interface between business departments, the internal team, and the service provider—analyzing requirements, coordinating delivery, supporting users, and developing the ERP landscape (including Fabular). Drive digitization and automation initiatives, manage IT/digitalization projects from idea to implementation, and identify productive AI and modern automation use cases together with the business.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration with IT focus, or comparable qualification

• Multi-year experience supporting ERP systems or business-critical business applications

• Experience leading and implementing IT and digitization projects

• Experience managing external IT service providers

• Understanding of processes in production, logistics, sales, or purchasing

• Willingness to take functional responsibility for a small team

• Strong analytical skills and structured, solution-oriented work style

• Communication skills to align different stakeholders and interests

• High initiative and ability to drive topics independently

• Interest in digitization, process optimization, AI, and modern technologies

• Experience collaborating with business departments and translating business requirements into technical solutions

• Pragmatic, hands-on mindset
