Description

Support group-wide IT management by steering, coordinating, and ensuring transparency across all IT units. Contribute to the further development of governance, steering, and reporting structures for group IT, and prepare management reports and decision documents. Coordinate information between group IT, subsidiaries, and central functions, and support the implementation of IT-related regulatory requirements (e.g., DORA) at group level while helping harmonize IT processes, policies, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Support group-wide IT management with steering, coordination, and transparency across all IT units

• Contribute to the development of governance, steering, and reporting structures for group IT

• Prepare management reports, overviews, and decision documents

• Coordinate information between group IT, subsidiaries, and central functions

• Support implementation of IT-related regulatory requirements at group level (e.g., DORA)

• Help harmonize IT processes, policies, and standards across the group

• Work on special topics to further develop the IT organization and create a cross-company IT strategy

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a comparable field

• First experience in IT steering, IT governance, group functions, or CIO-near areas

• Solid understanding of IT organizations, control logic, and governance models

• Ideally first exposure to regulatory requirements (e.g., DORA, BAIT, MaRisk)

• Very good analytical skills and a structured, careful working approach

• Strong communication and coordination skills across departments and companies

• Confident use of Excel and PowerPoint; ideally reporting or collaboration tools

• Interest in structuring complex relationships and making them understandable
