Description

Senior Business Analyst role for a strategic transformation program combining business and technology. You will model processes, define business and system requirements, and work with stakeholders using Agile/Scrum to help deliver modern insurance customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Model business processes and define business/system requirements
  • Run analytical workshops and align requirements with stakeholders
  • Prepare analytical and project documentation
  • Analyze dependencies across business, process, and systems
  • Support business testing and participate in IT solution implementations
  • Analyze integration solutions and related requirements
  • Apply domain knowledge of claims handling and AI/process automation in requirements work

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in business analysis or requirements management
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in transformation projects with business–IT collaboration
  • Experience in business process modeling and defining business/system requirements
  • Very good knowledge of BPMN, UML, or related modeling notations
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum and backlog management
  • Ability to facilitate analytical workshops and align requirements with stakeholders
  • Experience preparing analytical and project documentation
  • Knowledge of IT system change lifecycle
  • Ability to analyze business, process, and system dependencies
  • Experience with business testing and IT solution deployments
  • Knowledge of claims handling processes or the insurance sector
  • Knowledge of AI and business process automation topics
  • Experience analyzing integration solutions
  • English proficiency at least B2
  • Availability to provide services from Warsaw (3 days office, 2 days remote)
  • Ability to provide services from within Poland
