Description

The role of Senior IT Analyst is crucial to facilitate the transition from outdated local legacy systems to a unified core banking platform, ensuring the integration of business requirements into effective solutions.

Main Responsibilities

• Collect requirements from business stakeholders.
• Document requirements in features and user stories.
• Drive the requirements process independently from collection to handover to developers.
• Work collaboratively in a complex environment with diverse stakeholders and dependencies.
• Understand and adapt to the program's complexities swiftly.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst and/or Senior IT Analyst.
• Professional knowledge of statements and reporting.
• Experience in the banking sector, preferably with a larger bank.
• Experience working in a larger program with approximately 300+ employees.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a Nordic bank.
• Experience working with Hadoop.
