Description

You will define and frame business problems, clarify ambiguity, and establish measurable outcomes by translating needs into functional and non-functional requirements. You will create user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria, perform data analysis to validate assumptions, and work closely with engineering and subject matter experts. The role also involves leveraging AI tools and prompt-based workflows to support analysis and documentation, and supporting testing and UAT to ensure solution quality.

Responsibilities

• Define and frame business problems, clarify ambiguity, and establish measurable outcomes
• Challenge assumptions and uncover implicit needs
• Translate needs into clear, testable requirements (functional and non-functional)
• Drive stakeholder alignment and influence decisions
• Use AI tools and prompt-based workflows for analysis and documentation
• Create specifications such as user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
• Perform data analysis to support decisions and validate assumptions
• Collaborate with engineering teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders
• Comprehend system behavior, data flows, and architecture
• Manage scope, risks, and dependencies to support project success
• Support testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Maintain ownership of domains while adapting to evolving project needs

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in business analysis with demonstrated success in diverse projects
• 1+ year hands-on experience working with AI tools or AI-driven solutions
• Background in requirements elicitation and stakeholder facilitation
• Proficiency in Agile (Scrum, Kanban) or Waterfall methodologies; familiarity with Scrum Master responsibilities
• Competency in diagramming techniques such as UML and BPMN
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles, estimation methods, and testing practices
• Practical use of LLMs, prompt engineering, and understanding of AI/ML fundamentals
• Understanding of data flows and APIs (REST, JSON); ability to articulate key AI concepts such as Agentic AI and AI feedback loops
• Proficiency with requirement management tools like Jira, Confluence, and Miro
• Familiarity with data analysis and validation methods
• Strong analytical thinking with structured problem-solving and clear communication
• Ability to influence stakeholders in complex environments
• Flexibility to work independently in hybrid or office-based setups
• English proficiency at B2+ level
