Description

This role is a Senior IT Analyst position within a downstream team in the Core Banking program, focused on replacing outdated local legacy systems with a unified Nordic core banking platform. You will gather requirements from business stakeholders and document them into features and/or user stories. The role requires independently driving the requirements process from collection through documentation and handover to developers, while managing relationships and dependencies in a complex stakeholder environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Create features and user stories for the development team
• Manage the requirements process from initiation to handover
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding
• Quickly onboard to the program and adapt to a complex environment

Requirements

• Proven experience in CDW and reporting
• Fluency in English
• Professional knowledge of data governance and data mapping
• Experience in the banking sector, preferably with a larger bank
• 5-10 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst and/or Senior IT Analyst
• Participated in large programs with approximately 300+ employees
• Proficiency in SQL or similar tools
