Description

You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams in a large-scale insurance project. The work covers claims handling processes and IT systems—from identifying needs and creating concepts, to translating them into IT requirements, supporting testing, and enabling go-live changes. A key part of the role is exploring AI, automation, and Agentic SDLC approaches for claims operations.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business needs into concrete IT requirements and solutions
  • Analyze current processes and identify opportunities to simplify, automate, or improve them
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops with project stakeholders
  • Prepare change concepts and assess their impact on the organization and systems
  • Work with the backlog and help order and prioritize requirements
  • Create User Stories and analytical materials for project teams
  • Analyze dependencies between systems and how new solutions will interact with the existing environment
  • Support developers and other technology teams in interpreting requirements
  • Participate in testing, acceptance, and release of new functionality
  • Monitor results of implemented changes and propose further improvements
  • Co-create the approach to AI and automation in claims handling
  • Participate in initiatives using Agentic SDLC
  • Develop business analysis best practices and share knowledge with other analysts
  • When needed, support configuration and parameterization of processes in the system

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years in business analysis or requirements management
  • Minimum 3 years on transformation projects with business–IT collaboration
  • Experience with business process work and system requirements
  • Very good knowledge of BPMN, UML or similar modeling techniques
  • Practical experience with Agile/Scrum
  • Experience with backlog management and User Stories
  • Ability to independently facilitate workshops and align requirements with stakeholders
  • Experience preparing analytical and project documentation
  • Knowledge of change implementation in IT systems
  • Ability to analyze dependencies among processes, systems, and integrations
  • Experience in business testing and supporting implementations
  • Knowledge of the insurance sector / claims handling processes
  • Knowledge of opportunities for AI and automation of processes
  • Experience analyzing system integrations
  • English: minimum B2
