Description

You’ll help set the direction for next-generation AI-powered products by uncovering what people need, believe, and want—then answering those questions with precise, durable research. The role blends exploratory, generative research with fast, evaluative studies of prototyped ideas, using both quantitative and qualitative methods. You’ll translate findings into product strategy and drive tangible impact across highly visible initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer behaviors, motivations, needs, and aspirations

• Drive product strategy through rigorous, multi-stage research programs

• Balance rigor with speed and iterative “scrappy” execution

• Collaborate cross-team across disciplines from early stages to implementation

• Set ambitious, differentiated goals and propose new research directions and methods

• Lead research for high-visibility products and complex, high-risk initiatives

• Influence senior organizational stakeholders and elevate the team’s research craft

• Embody team culture and values

Benefits

• Competitive base pay range (U.S.): USD $119,800–$234,700 per year (location-based ranges may apply)

Requirements

• Doctorate in a relevant field + 1+ year UX research experience

• OR Master’s in a relevant field + 3+ years UX research experience

• OR Bachelor’s in a relevant field + 4+ years UX research experience

• OR equivalent experience
