Description

Conduct UX and CRO research and analyses for clients, turning findings into data-driven insights. You’ll identify where and why customers lose money, propose how to improve results, and generate ideas for A/B testing. You will clearly communicate recommendations and outcomes so the team and clients understand what to do and why.

Responsibilities

• Perform UX/CRO research and website analyses

• Extract actionable insights from findings

• Answer where and why clients lose money and how they can improve business outcomes

• Generate ideas for A/B tests

• Recommend actions and plan CRO projects

• Communicate results clearly and understandably

Requirements

• Strong passion and real engagement with UX/CRO (required)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in UX/CRO/analytics

• Ability to analyze the current situation, diagnose issues, draw conclusions, and solve problems

• Knowledge of website design, the CRO process, and UX research

• Meticulousness and attention to detail

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

• Clear communication skills to present insights and thinking to team and clients

• Ability to collaborate and discuss work with clients

• Logical thinking and ability to quickly catch up by connecting ideas

Additional Points (Nice to Have)

• Experience in a UX/CRO agency

• Experience conducting A/B tests

• GA4 analysis experience

• User testing experience and/or user interviews

• Knowledge of UX research, quantitative and qualitative research

• Analytics knowledge
