Description

You will define and drive the overarching user experience vision across the most complex and critical product ecosystems, connecting disparate product lines into a unified end-to-end journey. This role combines holistic systems thinking, high craft standards, and research-grounded innovation, while partnering with senior stakeholders to align design strategy with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Vision & holistic systems thinking: define UX vision, unify journeys across product lines, and architect scalable design systems and interaction paradigms
• Craft obsession & execution: set the standard for design quality and create high-fidelity prototypes, journey maps, and architectural frameworks
• Strategic influence & stakeholder management: align with C-suite objectives, resolve conflicting priorities, and defend decisions with research and data
• Research-grounded innovation: partner with or lead UX Research and translate behavioral insights into actionable design architectures
• Mentorship & design culture: mentor Lead and Senior designers and foster rigorous design critique and continuous learning

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in UX, Product Design, or HCI at a Principal, Senior Principal, or Distinguished level
• World-class portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and enterprise-scale solutions to complex, multi-faceted problems
• Proven ability to build consensus among C-suite leaders and translate systems-level design into business value
• Strong research literacy to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into clear design directives
• Conviction with humility; willingness to be proven wrong by data and user feedback
• Resilience to thrive in ambiguity and drive multi-year design transformations across a matrixed organization
