Description

You will work with UX/UI designers and product teams to plan and execute user research. You’ll select and run qualitative and quantitative studies, analyze feedback, and turn findings into actionable recommendations to support product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and product teams to achieve research goals

• Select appropriate research methods based on project goals, timeline, and available resources

• Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative studies

• Prepare interview scripts, discussion guides, survey questionnaires, and usability testing materials

• Collect and analyze user opinions and feedback

• Formulate findings and recommendations supporting design decisions

• Organize and maintain research results in a central repository

• Co-create consistent research processes and documentation standards

• Build collaboration across UX/UI, product, and other stakeholders

• Use user research evidence to improve the accuracy of design decisions

Requirements

• Higher education in design, computer science, psychology, or related field

• 3–5 years of experience in UX research, market research, or a similar role

• Practical experience with Figma and Zeplin

• Ability to select and apply UX research methods (qualitative and quantitative)

• Ability to prepare interview scenarios, survey questionnaires, usability testing materials, and other research assets

• Ability to analyze user needs, behaviors, motivations, and problems and translate findings into recommendations

• Very good communication skills and effective collaboration in a team

• Fluent English (B2+/C1)
