Description

Lead and supervise data engineers to develop, test, modify, and deliver solutions for US Healthcare problems. Translate customer business requirements into platform, product, and feature implementations, and help build the platform to enable more efficient operations for enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers frequently to understand requirements
  • Own the delivery plan and timelines in consultation with customers
  • Negotiate features, enhancements, and new tasks based on team bandwidth and other factors
  • Supervise and lead data analysts and quality analysts
  • Direct and coordinate data integrations, analytics executions, dashboard updates, maintenance operations, and quality assurance
  • Collaborate with engineering, analytics, infrastructure, and other teams to define and deliver solutions

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience implementing US Healthcare projects involving data integrations and analytics (e.g., HEDIS/MIPS/eCQM) and visualization (PowerBI/Tableau)
  • Mandatory US Healthcare experience with data integration (claims, clinical, ADT, labs)
  • Healthcare analytics execution experience (Cost of Care, Quality Measures, Risk) and payer report reconciliation in provider or payer space
  • Strong technical project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across IT, software engineering, and business domains
  • Familiarity with data ETL tools and creating/reviewing mapping documents
  • Agile methodology experience is a plus
  • Hands-on SQL data extraction is a good to have
  • Python scripting experience is a good to have
