Description

You will help customers create information strategies, design best-in-class data platforms, and support data-driven transformation of enterprise organizations. The role combines customer stakeholder engagement, consulting delivery management, and presales activities in the Healthcare vertical.

Responsibilities

• Engage customer business stakeholders to identify Data & Analytics opportunities
• Lead and challenge team members to create strategies and solutions
• Map customer vision and requirements to products and components
• Act as a data advocate and remove business, technical, and political roadblocks
• Mentor and coach clients and team members on data & analytics best practices
• Manage consulting engagements, overall delivery, and the quality of deliverables
• Ensure the strategy is actionable and well documented for clean handover to implementation
• Assemble teams of analysts and engineers to deliver MVPs
• Work with account managers to build and manage customer relationships
• Design and run stakeholder workshops and interviews to define and prioritize strategic and immediate needs
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Technical Leads to design solutions that drive business value
• Support business development with proposals and pitches for new business
• Respond to RFxs, create proposals, and present them to potential clients
• Own and drive Data & Analytics presales activities in the Healthcare vertical

Requirements

• 7+ years total experience in data and analytics
• 3+ years in management, delivery, consulting, or presales roles
• 5+ years in the Life Sciences industry or working with Life Sciences clients
• Knowledge of one or more Life Sciences areas (clinical trials, R&D, commercial, regulatory & compliance)
• Experience working with senior business and IT stakeholders and end-users
• Ability to facilitate and drive strategy discussions
• Ability to participate in and influence solution design discussions
• Solid knowledge of the data and analytics landscape and recent trends
• End-to-end data and analytics delivery experience (data lake, DWH, advanced analytics, BI/reporting)
• Excellent communication and presenter skills
• Ability to manage customer expectations and present deliverables to senior stakeholders
• Ability to frame a presales opportunity into a customer engagement
• Primary focus in one or more: Cloud data platforms, BI, Data Warehousing, Data Lakes, Data Science, Predictive Analytics
• Experience managing medium to large-scale software/technology initiatives
