Description

Work with business users to understand their needs, analyze client IT systems, processes, and data, and turn insights into technical requirements. Design and propose IT solutions that match client goals and industry best practices. Support end-to-end delivery with stable communication and collaboration across IT teams.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with enterprise users to understand their needs and define technical requirements.
  • Perform complex analysis of IT systems, processes, and client data.
  • Design and present IT solutions aligned with client objectives and industry best practices.
  • Maintain active communication with clients to ensure smooth project progress.
  • Support end-to-end projects to enable timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Collaborate with IT professionals.
  • Stay up to date with new IT trends and technologies to deliver innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • SQL knowledge and practical experience with data processing.
  • Conceptual and data modeling skills.
  • Hands-on experience with data modeling beyond theoretical study.
  • Understanding of ETL processes and databases.
  • Experience with data warehouses (DWH), including knowledge of layers and principles.
  • Fluent English communication.
  • Proactive approach, ability to analyze and solve problems, strong analytical thinking.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead constructive customer discussions.
  • Plus: Experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and programming languages such as Python.
  • Plus: Experience with modeling tools like Enterprise Architect or PowerDesigner.
