Join a structured 10-month Early Careers Launch Development Program in Health Solutions. You will learn how to translate healthcare and employee benefits data and research into clear, client-ready insights that help manage rising healthcare costs and support smarter, personalized benefit strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Explore health and wellness programs and how they are designed, evaluated, and improved
  • Use data, analytics, and research to address challenges such as rising healthcare costs and changing employee expectations
  • Review information for accuracy, identify patterns, and translate findings into practical insight
  • Create reports, presentations, and visuals for client communication
  • Participate in client and team discussions while building confidence in benefits strategy development and communication
  • Maintain organized systems and files and support cross-team workflows
  • Identify process improvements to support efficient, high-quality client delivery

Requirements

  • College senior graduating between Spring 2026 and Spring 2027
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
