Description

The VP, Health & Wellness – Dental Growth Analytics role is a hands on leader who provides strategic insights and a decision management framework to drive profitable growth. The role supports the Dental market’s initiatives by leading business KPI design and measurement, delivering insights and recommendations. The role partners with General Managers and their leadership teams to develop analytic solutions for Health & Wellness platform Dental providers and large clients, and is responsible for project management and internal/external client stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

  • Provide actionable insights into effectiveness & impact of Health & Wellness Dental initiatives
  • Serve as SME and business consultant; translate business needs and performance trends into insights and recommendations
  • Build customized client reporting and analytics solutions for internal and external customers
  • Conduct open-ended analyses to optimize provider & client behavior
  • Tell stories with complex analytics to sales leadership in a clear and concise manner
  • Lead KPI design and measurement; improve accuracy and recommend investment optimization opportunities
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, IT, Credit, Finance, and others in a matrixed organization
  • Supervise team members, drive efficiency, and optimize standard processes
  • Other duties or special projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of analytics experience; or high school diploma and 9+ years of analytics experience in marketing, customer acquisition, or loyalty programs in credit card and/or financial service areas
  • 7+ years analytics experience, including: 5 years sales/marketing analytics in healthcare or financial services/credit card/payments; 5 years leading large-scale analytics projects; 5 years using SQL, SAS, and Python; Tableau experience as a digital analytics tool
  • Strong Excel experience
  • 3+ years client-facing experience influencing business decisions with senior leaders
  • Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required
  • Ability to satisfy Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act
