Description

As a Business Development Manager within Financial Wellness Solutions, you will work directly with clients to develop and drive financial wellness programs aligned with organizational goals and objectives. The role emphasizes consultative sales to acquire new business relationships and to support the growth of an existing book of business through client services teams and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire new clients across financial wellness solutions; grow sales, revenue, and market share

  • Originate, conduct financial analysis, negotiate, and document non-credit products and services

  • Manage risk/return and drive quality for new and existing clients; identify and mitigate regulatory, reputational, and operational risks

  • Provide ideas and insights based on clients’ needs and financial well-being to generate opportunities

  • Increase client engagement and loyalty

  • Build internal/external relationship networks to acquire and expand clients and enhance client experience; present the full range of products and services

  • Use reporting and sales tools to proactively identify and successfully convert sales opportunities

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of industry-relevant experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience)

  • Certifications/Licenses: none required as listed

  • Skills: client relationship management, prospecting, sales negotiation, and financial analysis
