Description

Define and grow a vendor strategy aligned with business goals while building relationships with key vendors, OEM partners, and distributors. You will negotiate commercial terms and partner contracts, evaluate new technology partners, and manage pricing, conditions, programs, and incentives. Optimize cost, margin, payment terms, product availability, and delivery lead times using KPI-driven vendor performance management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop vendor strategy and ensure alignment with company business objectives

  • Build and manage relationships with vendors, OEM partners, and distributors; negotiate terms and partnership contracts

  • Identify and evaluate new technology partners and co-develop business opportunities with them

  • Manage pricing lists, commercial terms, partner programs, product roadmaps, and incentive rewards

  • Optimize costs, margins, payment terms, product availability, and delivery lead times across regions

  • Set KPIs and regularly evaluate vendor performance (turnover, margin, growth)

  • Ensure onboarding of vendors and products, including required product, certification, and regulatory information

  • Identify supply-chain risks and create alternative sourcing strategies

  • Set up and maintain vendor management processes, documentation, and a knowledge base

  • Collaborate with internal teams, handle escalations, and represent the company in partner negotiations and industry events

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Vendor Management, Procurement, or Supply Chain

  • Demonstrated negotiation skills and a strong business mindset

  • Ability to establish processes and add structure

  • Experience in an international environment

  • Fluent English (B2+) communication

  • Ability to communicate across the organization, from operations to top management

  • Knowledge of IT/hardware/technology environment is a plus
