Description

Lead the product vision and roadmap for IT solutions, working closely with stakeholders to ensure product features align with strategic goals. Manage Scrum teams, build and prioritize Product Backlogs with clear inputs on business value and development effort, and coordinate releases and product extensions. Act as a product ambassador while staying current on agile best practices and trends in Scrum-based product development.

Role / Responsibilities

• Develop product visions and concepts together with stakeholders
• Lead Scrum teams; translate product visions into roadmaps
• Identify growth opportunities and stay in exchange with stakeholders throughout projects
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to analyze needs and align Product Roadmaps with strategic objectives
• Create and manage Product Backlogs, including estimates of business value and development effort
• Regularly research best practices and trends in agile product development with Scrum
• Set up the Product Backlog and prioritize development of product features
• Define customer-specific solutions and ensure development teams understand specifications precisely
• Analyze and conceptually work on Stories, Epics, and themes to ensure fit with product strategy
• Remove impediments to protect release dates and sprint goals
• Coordinate product releases and communicate product extensions
• Serve as a product ambassador internally and externally to promote the product and answer questions

Requirements

• Minimum five years of professional experience in product development
• Strong knowledge of agile methods in project management
• Good understanding of the business value of product features and functions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, plus leadership qualities
• Strong analytical abilities and solution-oriented working style
• Ability to effectively coordinate diverse stakeholder needs
