Description

Own a portfolio of client engagements, ensuring promised outcomes are delivered on time and on budget. Drive profitability through sold vs delivered margin and forecasting accuracy, coach Project Managers, and build senior client relationships including executive stakeholders. Lead pre-sales delivery shaping and implement shared delivery standards across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client engagements and deliver promised outcomes on time and within budget
• Drive profitability by managing sold vs delivered margin and forecasting accuracy
• Coach and develop Project Managers with clear feedback, ownership, and recognition
• Build and maintain senior-level client relationships from product owners to CxOs
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities with Sales and Account teams
• Lead pre-sales efforts: discovery workshops, delivery shaping, staffing, and estimating
• Implement shared delivery standards (rituals, templates, dashboards, operating rhythms)
• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure technical quality, velocity, and scalability
• Partner with Talent and Resource Management for smart staffing and responsible capacity planning
• Report performance, risks, and value proactively with clarity

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in portfolio management in the IT software services industry
• Proven experience managing complex, custom, multi-team portfolio projects
• Deep understanding of delivery economics (margin, utilization, forecasting, pricing)
• Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and complex stakeholders
• Confidence leading client conversations, including executive-level discussions
• Data-driven decision-making focused on clarity, execution, and accountability
• Ability to handle ambiguity, conflict, and tradeoffs and turn them into outcomes
• Fluency in English and Polish
